Blacksmith Interactive respects and values your privacy. This privacy policy details Reliant List’s policy on gathering and disseminating personal information. This privacy policy also applies to users that have agreed to receive email marketing and other direct marketing materials from Blacksmith Interactive’s marketing partners.

Information We Collect or Maintain About Consumers

Personally Identifiable Information

Personal information is information collected through the normal correspondence and subscription service with Blacksmith Interactive and/or with Blacksmith Interactive’s third-party marketing partners. Blacksmith Interactive utilize the personal information to identify and communicate with individual consumer. Personally identifiable information collected may include, but not limited to, name (first and last name), email address, mailing address, telephone number, gender, age.

Non-Personally Identifiable Information

Non-personally identifiable information is information collected by Blacksmith Interactive or Blacksmith Interactive’s marketing partners in the normal course of operating their business that does not reveal the specific identity of the consumer. Non-personally identifiable information collected may include, but not limited to, user IP address, user click stream data, user conversion data, aggregate user segmentation information.

Children’s Privacy
Blacksmith Interactive places the highest value on the privacy of children. Blacksmith Interactive will never knowingly collect or accept any personally identified information about children under the age of 13. If Blacksmith Interactive obtains any personally identified information about a child under the age of 13, such information will be immediately and permanently deleted from its database.

Consumer information managed by Blacksmith Interactive pursuant to a list-management arrangement

Blacksmith Interactive is in the business of managing email-recipient lists for clients. As such, Blacksmith Interactive receives personally identified information from marketing partners and uses that personally identified information to send relevant marketing content to those recipients. Blacksmith Interactive’s use of personally identified information collected by third-party marketing partners is limited to the uses allowed under the third-party’s privacy policy previously agreed to by the consumer. Blacksmith Interactive will utilize service providers who assist us with our marketing efforts, but those service providers will not use any personally identified information collected by third-party marketing partners and managed by Blacksmith Interactive for their own marketing purposes and are prohibited by contract from sharing that personally identified information with any party other than Blacksmith Interactive. For personally identified information collected from consumers inside the European Union, Blacksmith Interactive will not manage that consumer data unless that consumer first requested, pursuant to clear and conspicuous notice, to receive such types of marketing communications. Moreover, the EU recipient must be given clear and conspicuous notice that the data is going to be shared with third parties for marketing purposes, and that notice must be given prior to receipt of the recipient’s permission.

Unsubscribe

Consumers may wish to remove themselves from specific Blacksmith Interactive marketing lists. Consumers can opt-out from specific mailing list by following the unsubscribe information that is present in every marketing email sent by Blacksmith Interactive. Please allow up to 10 days to be complete the request processing.

Moreover, consumers may elect not to receive advertisements from a specific advertiser at any time. In every marketing email communication we send, there is also an unsubscribe hyperlink that allows the recipient to unsubscribe from receiving commercial emails from that specific advertiser by clicking the hyperlink provided and following the instructions provided.

Unsubscribe requests are either processed on an advertiser-specific basis or on a list-specific basis, depending on the selection the consumer makes. Unsubscribing from one list managed by Blacksmith Interactive will not remove the consumer from all Blacksmith Interactive marketing lists. Similarly, unsubscribing from one advertiser will not prevent the consumer from receiving all advertisers’ emails.

Blacksmith Interactive may employ “cookies” to help customize your access to the website, and for the delivery of targeted advertisements. A cookie is a piece of data stored on your hard drive containing information about you. Right to Contact Via Telephone

In addition, by registering at the website, you agree that such act constitutes an inquiry and/or application for purposes of the Amended Telemarketing Sales Rule (16 CFR §310 et seq.), as amended from time to time (the “Rule”). Your California Privacy Rights

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California residents who have provided personally identified information to Blacksmith Interactive or its partners in list management arrangements to request certain information regarding Blacksmith Interactive’s disclosure of personally identified information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Within thirty days of receiving such a request, we will provide a list of the categories of personally identified information disclosed to third parties for third-party direct marketing purposes during the immediately preceding calendar year, along with the names and addresses of these third parties. This request may be made no more than once per calendar year. We reserve our right not to respond to requests submitted other than to the address specified in this section.
